Join the North Andover Police Department's Communications Center and be part of a dedicated emergency response team! As a Communications Officer, you'll dispatch messages to police and fire personnel for emergency services while gaining first-hand experience in a law enforcement setting.
Effective July 1, 2026, starting salary is $25.59 per hour (Dispatcher I) and $26.48 (Dispatcher II) after 6 months of employment. Candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and CJIS training, testing, and certification in accordance with CHSB regulations.
