REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Boiler Replacement – Town Hall
The Town of Deering is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing boiler system at the Deering Town Hall, located at 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244.
Proposal documents may be obtained from the Town Administrator's Office during regular business hours or by contacting the office at **(603) 464-7921 or via email at **administrator@deeringnh.gov.
A mandatory pre-bid site visit, Hours Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sealed proposals clearly marked "Boiler Replacement RFP" must be received no later than September 10, 2026 at 4:00 pm at:

Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Town of Deering reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
