The Town of Newbury, New Hampshire is seeking sealed proposals for certified public accounting firms to perform the audit of the Town’s annual financial and compliance audits for the year ending December 31st, 2027.
The detailed Request for Proposal can be found on the Town’s website www.newbury.nh.gov. The Town’s Selectboard cannot bind future governing bodies; however, it is anticipated that the firm selected to serve as the Town’s independent auditor will be retained for at least five years.
Proposals must be received at Town of Newbury, 937 Route 103, PO Box 296, Newbury, NH 03255 no later than 12:00 pm on June 22nd, 2026, and must be clearly captioned “Proposal for Audit Services.” Failure to deliver the Proposal on time will result in rejection of the Proposal.
Bids will be opened at 6:00 pm at the Selectboard meeting that evening.
