The Town of Raymond, NH is accepting applications for a for a full-time Adult Services / Lead Librarian. This is a 40-hour a week, 52-weeks per year, non-exempt position.
Job Summary
In addition to providing direct adult services for patrons, this position will oversee the library’s budget, physical materials, programs, and staff. This position will work closely with the Board of Library Trustees as an advisor and active contributor in developing policies, preparing and managing the budget, setting goals, planning services, and evaluating outcomes.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in library operations
- Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite and any other software necessary for the job
- Use of standard business machines
- Web site posting experience a plus
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
- Supervisory experience
Wage Range/Benefits:
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
