Job Description

Grade 20

General Statement of Duties

Develops designs and supervises public improvement projects; develops engineering designs, conducts engineering design reviews, performs project management activities and provides technical assistance to civic construction; performs directly related work as required.

Acceptable Experience and Training

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; and
  • Some experience in related engineering operations; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.
  • New Hampshire Professional Engineering License preferred; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.
