NHMA is pleased to host this Zoom Meeting webinar with Assistant Attorney General James Boffetti, who will discuss the current status of national settlement talks and the status of the State's litigation, which is separate from that brought by New Hampshire political subdivisions (cities, towns, counties).

Assistant Attorney General Boffetti will also explain how the opioid abatement trust fund (HB 1639, 2020) will work in the event of a settlement.

This webinar will be of particular interest to towns, cities, and counties involved in the legislation, but all NHMA members are welcome to attend.
