he 2023 NHMA Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with the NHMA Annual Conference on Wednesday, November 15, at 2:50 p.m. in the Stark Room (first floor, across from registration) at the Doubletree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel in Manchester.
You do not need to register for the NHMA Annual Conference to attend this meeting (but we hope you will!).
Each municipality may register one voting delegate, although all municipal officials are welcome to attend.
