Truck Driver/Laborer

The Allenstown Highway Department has a full time opening for a Truck Driver/Laborer. Requirements:

• Valid license mandatory, CDL is a plus.

• Experience in the operation and maintenance of trucks and construction equipment is a plus.

• Snow removal experience a plus.

• Effective communication skills.

• Medical screening/examination is required.

• Must pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.

• Must pass a drug and alcohol test.

• Must be available 24 hours a day during winter months and other emergency events.  Overtime is required.

The position starting pay rate is $17.60 per hour up to $22.32. Higher starting and top pay for experienced CDL driver.
