Job Title:   Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Welder / Tradesperson

Department:  Public Works Department

Rate of Pay:   $25.10 per hour

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to provide skilled mechanical work in the repair and maintenance of gasoline and diesel engine powered vehicles and heavy equipment.  This position will also provide trades skill in the construction field periodically. The successful candidate will be required to perform a wide variety of mechanical work ranging from routine maintenance to heavy equipment repairs, as well as be responsible for routine paint and or body work on all City owned vehicles. NH Vehicle Inspection License and ASE Certification are preferred.
