Full Time P.E.G. Access Education Technician

SCHEDULE:

• 40hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 1:00-9:00, p.m.

WAGES:

• Labor Grade 5 – $22.07 - $31.96 (max) Starting wage depending on qualifications

DUTIES:

• This position assists the Full Time P.E.G. Access Coordinator in all aspects of GTV including the studio programming, specializing in education-related programming.
• Performs video editing and live broadcast switching of shows, sporting events, government meetings and other community events.
• Performs post-processing functions of meetings and events for re-broadcasting and online use.
• Assist with training of volunteers and other department personnel, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree in communications or a related field, and three years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Video and still camera experience, required.
• Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
