Opportunity Zone Project

The City of Franklin is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or project teams interested in being selected as the lead consultant for a USDA Rural Development Program funded project which will utilize the Federal Opportunity Zone program to assist and support broad economic re-development in the City.  The work involves the establishment of a project team with experience in financial analysis, the development of website and marketing efforts, and creating prospectuses and portfolios on specific properties.  The City also wishes to conduct a workshop for investors, real estate professionals, and others to learn about the Opportunity Zone Program and investment potential in the City.
