Case Manager

The Town of North Andover is seeking a Case Manager to support community members due to the impacts of COVID 19. Reporting to the Community Support Coordinator, the Case Manager assists residents in times of crisis, connects individuals and families to appropriate services for mental health and addiction needs, and coordinates with other municipal departments and external partners.

The ideal candidate will be a highly-organized and determined advocate with a passion for helping others.
