Assessing Technician II
The City of Laconia is seeking an individual to perform responsible and complex duties in gathering and measuring of information using a systematic method used in the preparation and maintenance of assessing records. Ability to deal with the public is required. Some knowledge of state laws and regulations governing taxes, exemptions and assessments on real property preferred. The City is willing to train the right individual.
Minimum qualifications include a high school education plus two years’ experience or education in assessing, reading plans and maps, real estate or building construction; OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

A completed City application form is required and will be accepted at the Finance Office, Attn: Employment, Laconia City Hall, 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia NH 03246, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Friday, January 31, 2020.
