Administrative Associate (Finance)
The Town of Wolfeboro Finance Department is seeking applications for the full-time position of Administrative Associate. A High School Diploma is a required, an Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred. The applicant shall have three to five years of experience in accounts payable and/or payroll. Proficient in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience with MuniSmart is preferred. Position reports to the Finance Director. Ability to work as a team player, maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast paced environment is required. The position is currently classified as a Grade 5.
