Bids will be accepted until Monday, April 29, 2019 at 1:00 pm.

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Select Board Meeting on April 29th at 7:30pm. There is a total of 1 vehicle to be sold as is.

MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE BID PRICE: $22,500

Bid packages may be obtained from the Rollinsford Town Hall: 667 Main Street, Rollinsford, NH 03869.

The vehicle will be sold as is. The Town of Rollinsford reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.

The item offered for sale, described below, are to be sold as is, where is, as shown and without warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. The sale shall be FOB the premises where located.

The vehicle may be viewed on the premises located at Rollinsford Highway Department which is Located at 35 Jessie Doe Road by appointment. Please call the Highway Department at 742-0831 or cell 765-5774 to make arrangements.

Payment in full must be received within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. Payment will be accepted only via cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Rollinsford.

The vehicle must be removed from the premises within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award or payment may be forfeited. Once payment is made, the sale is final and no refund or return will be allowed. The Town of Rollinsford reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town. Without limiting the forgoing, and although no specific reserves have been set, the Town may reject all bids on a particular vehicle if the bids are substantially below fair market value.
