NHMA has developed this free Financial Policies Certificate Program for municipal officials who want to explore and improve the fiscal operations of their city or town. The certificate program compliments NHMA’s publication, The Basics of Financial Policy, which provides municipal officials with an overview of basic financial policies. The eight-course curriculum covers core topics in financial management and is taught by NHMA's Government Finance Advisor, Tammy Letson.
Attendees must attend all eight courses. Those who do attend all eight will receive a Certificate of Completion.
