Job Description
Grade 28 General Statement of Duties Plans, organizes and directs the operations and activities of the Human Resources Department; performs directly related work as required. Acceptable Experience and Training · Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or a related field; and · Extensive experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a municipality; or · Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.
