As a Maintenance Aide II at the Airport, you will perform routine maintenance of Airport grounds, facilities, and equipment as well as gardening and landscaping, mowing and maintaining runway safety areas, and plowing, icing and sanding sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, aprons, taxiways and runways. This position also performs minor mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs as well as preventive maintenance of tools and equipment used by this position.
Note: This position is subject to stand-by duty and call-back during non-regular working hours, weekends, and holidays. This position should be able to respond within 30 minutes, depending on weather conditions, to staff the work site. In addition, this position is subject to federal commercial drive license (CDL) drug and alcohol requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience. A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required, and NH Pesticide Applicator License is desired.
Pay and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a pay range of $20.10- $23.89 per hour.
