Reopening Municipal Offices

Broadcast Date:
Wednesday, June 3, 2020
Duration:

Many municipal offices and other public facilities in New Hampshire have been closed for weeks as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic although some employees have continued to work inside. Municipal officials across New Hampshire are now taking steps to make these spaces safe for residents and staff when they eventually reopen. These actions include reconfiguring public areas to allow for proper social distancing, installing plexiglass to separate staff from the public, modifying in-person visits, taking temperatures, testing employees, hand sanitizers, face masks, new signage, etc.

Join Primex's Director of Risk Management David Witham, CRM, Rick Alpers, Primex's Risk Consultant and Facility Coordinator, NHMA's Legal Services Counsel Stephen Buckley and Municipal Services Counsel Natch Greyes as they share best practices, practical tips and guidance in helping you to reopen your municipal offices, facilities (transfer stations, libraries, town beaches) and services to the public (permits, registrations, day camps, recreation programs, etc.).
This webinar is open to all NHMA and Primex members and will benefit all governing bodies, city and town managers, administrators, department heads and administrative assistants who want to better understand how to best reopen municipal buildings and public spaces following the guidance of the State of New Hampshire.
