Summer Youth Workers

Have fun this summer!  Stay busy, meet new people, learn new skills, and earn some cash!  Apply for a position through the City of Keene's Summer Youth Program as a Summer Youth Worker!

We are looking for self-motivated team players who would like the opportunity to develop leadership skills, increase their confidence, and gain practical work experience. Positions available include Administrative Support, Paraprofessional, and Service/Maintenance.  Some departments you may be working in include the Library, Human Resources, Finance and Public Works!  Pay rate is $8.00 - $8.50 per hour depending on experience. To qualify for the program, youth must be Keene residents who are at least 14 years of age - and who aren't yet 16 years of age - as of June 1, 2023.

Youth Services designed this program to give Keene youth meaningful part-time summer employment for five weeks, beginning on June 26th and ending on July 28th.
