Summer Laborers

40 hours a week, May– September. The Department of Public Works is recruiting for a highly motivated seasonal laborer to perform roadway and sidewalk maintenance mainly in the downtown area. Duties include street and sidewalk sweeping, weeding, garbage pickup and other general “aesthetic” streetscape maintenance. HS diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license required. Pay rate $17.00.
