Road Agent

The Town of Antrim is accepting applications for the position of Road Agent. This is a full-time salaried position with an attractive benefits package inclusive of health, dental and retirement.

Antrim is a full-service community. The position is responsible for managing and directing road maintenance operations, vehicle repairs, developing paving schedules, supervising highway department personnel, budget development and implementation. As part of the senior leadership team collaboration across departments is necessary to maintain a high level of service to the community.

Must possess a CDL-B endorsement with 7-10 years’ experience in road maintenance and winter operations. HS diploma or greater.
