Request for Proposals: Woodward Road Right of Way Survey

“Woodward Road Survey Bid” by:
Monday May 26, 2027, at 2:00 pm.
(Sealed proposals will be opened at the May 28, 2025, Selectmen’s meeting at 6:05 pm)
The Town of Lyndeborough, NH (the Town) is seeking general surveying services proposals from qualified firms (the CONSULTANT) to identify Right-of-Way and conduct boundary research of the sourthernmost intersection of Woodward Road and the E911 designated ‘Western Way’.
The project/quote shall include:
- A Letter of Interest, identifying the CONSULTANT, their place of business, name, email address, and telephone number of the person to contact about the proposal, and the project under consideration. The Letter of Interest shall be signed by a representative of the CONSULTANT that is authorized to enter into contract.
- The CONSULTANT shall establish and mark, through survey, the legal right of way and boundaries of Woodward Road extending one hundred (100) feet north and one hundred (100) feet south from the southern intersection of Western Way (E911 designated).
- The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or to reduce the scope of work to an amount proportionate to available funds and/or to otherwise limit the work as may be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
The CONSULTANT must be a qualified surveyor, licensed to practice in the State of New Hampshire, with the ability to provide sufficient documentation and references as to their abilities to execute the desired work in the time frames indicated.
It is the intention of the Town to select one contractor to perform this project.
Please provide the total costs of completing the project including all required materials and labor.
This project shall be completed by August 1, 2025. Should the CONSULTANT feel an alternate timeline would be needed to complete this project it may be included in the quote.
Prior to the project starting the selected contractor will be required to provide insurance documentation acceptable to the Town of Lyndeborough, including but not limited to; proof of liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance.

Payment will take place upon results acceptance by the Town of Lyndeborough Board of Selectmen.
The Town of Lyndeborough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in responses received, and to accept any portion and/or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the Town of Lyndeborough to do so.
