Department of Public Works Staff NEEDED!

The Town of Atkinson Public Works Department (DPW) is seeking a reliable individual for a full-time position as a DPW staff member.

Prospective candidates must be able to provide general labor and support for road maintenance and repair, vegetation management, have knowledge of hand/power tools, and are familiar with operating and maintenance of heavy equipment. The position requires that the employee be available 24/7 during the months of November through April for snow plowing. 

Candidates are required to have a valid New Hampshire Driver’s license, a clean driving record for the past 36 months, and specific training prior to being eligible to drive for the DPW.

Pay will range from $18-$25 per hour.
