Municipal Facilities Conceptual Design Services

The Town of Enfield, NH, is soliciting proposals from experienced, qualified professional architectural and planning firms to develop conceptual plans for the construction of a new public safety facility as well as the renovation and expansion of two existing municipal buildings for future use as municipal offices and a public library. Accurate cost estimates for eventual design and construction of these facilities is also an essential component of the project. The Town is interested in receiving proposals from multidiscipline firms or joint ventures that can provide sufficiently detailed conceptual plans and associated design and construction cost estimates for the purposes of furnishing information that will be incorporated into a presentation at the 2020 Town Meeting (March 14, 2020). The selected firm is expected to have the capabilities for evaluating complex interrelationships among programmatic spaces which support Enfield’s operation and delivery of exceptional public service to the community.

Sealed, written proposals will be received at the Enfield Town Offices, 23 Main Street, Enfield NH 03748, until 10:00 A.M., September 9, 2019.
