Town of Chester – Part Time Maintenance Worker

The Town of Chester is seeking a responsible, committed, self-motivated individual to work part time.  General duties include cleaning, repair, painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, light carpentry, and other related duties in the upkeep of the Town’s properties under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.  Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation and be capable of lifting weights of 40 or more pounds.  Medical Card is a plus. 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other Town officials, contractors, employees and the general public.
