This request for qualifications is being administered by the Town of Waterville Valley, New Hampshire to secure services related to Land Use and Planning Board administration and support.
The Town of Waterville Valley, New Hampshire will evaluate submissions and select a qualified consulting firm to provide land use, planning, engineering and related administrative and legal support services including, but not limited to: support of the Town Planning Board and consulting input on matters such as plan reviews; regulation adoption and amendments; Code Enforcement consultation; attending meetings and advising the Board on Site Plan Review, Subdivisions, and related Zoning and other Land Use matters; administration and compliance with any applicable state and federal laws and regulations; coordination and consultation with other Town Boards on land use and planning matters such as roads, pedestrianization, conservation etc.
Support services under this solicitation may include, but not be limited to, attending, and making presentations at public meetings, preparation of reports, review and evaluation of plans and other submitted documents, and all other tasks reasonably required to execute the aforementioned matters.

Qualifications submittals must be received by the Town no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 22, 2024, and shall be plainly marked, “Statement of Qualifications – Support Services, Land Use, Planning and Related Activities” on the outside of the package. Send submittals to the “Town of Waterville Valley, Town Manager, PO Box 500, 14 TAC Lane, Waterville Valley, New Hampshire, 03215. Submittals received after the stated deadline will be returned, unopened. No facsimile machine or e-mailed packages will be accepted. All submittals will become the property of the Town of Waterville Valley.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals. The Town will review the qualifications statements submitted and conduct in-person interviews prior to selecting a firm to complete the work.
Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to 20-pages (8-1/2” x 11”), double sided, excluding resumes and must contain the following:
1. Professional qualifications of the firm
2. Current workload and availability of personnel to be assigned to the project, including resumes,
3. A list of 3-5 References from clients with similar support arrangements,
4. List of intended subcontracted professional services (e.g. engineering, surveying, legal, etc.),
5. A brief discussion of the general approach for providing the requested services.
Six copies of the qualifications package shall be submitted to the Town.

All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 14, 2024. An addendum notice will be issued by October 16, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. via email to all firms providing an email contact.
