The Town of Deering is requesting quotes for the supply of fuel for the 2026-2027 calendar year. 

The estimated usage for 2025 is outlined below:

• Off-Road Diesel – 14,642 gallons
• Heating Oil – 3,345.8 gallons
• Blend – 878 gallons 

The locations of delivery are:

• Town Hall – 762 Deering Center Rd.
• Highway Department – 762 Deering Center Rd. (Directly Behind the Town Hall)
• Fire Department Buildings 

The Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations for what is in the best interest of the Town.

Proposal documents may be obtained from the Town Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by contacting the office at (603) 464-7921 or via email at administrator@deerngnh.gov         

Please submit your quotes no later than October 19, 2026. Submissions may be sent by email to  administrator@deeringnh.gov
