The Wilmot Police Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our small team. Applicants must be “full-time” certified in New Hampshire and be able to pass the physical agility test, medical examination, oral board interview, psychological exam, submit to a thorough background investigation and complete a modified field training program. Applicants must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age by hire date. The anticipated start date is June 1, 2024 or later.
Hourly pay between $25-$36 (depending on experience). This is a full-time position with a competitive municipal benefits package including dependent health coverage and participation in the NH Retirement System. An applicant who qualifies for the “Police Supervisor” job in the link below would be able to be promoted after completing a modified field training program and probation period.
