Equipment Operator

Performs a variety of duties in the maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, storm drainage and sanitary sewer line; must be available for winter storm maintenance; parks; operates a variety of vehicles, specialized equipment and power tools.  HS diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year exp. in the operation of heavy automotive equipment or equivalent combination of training and experience.  Ability to operate loaders, trucks and other equipment under all weather conditions. Good physical condition is required to perform heavy physical labor.  Valid CDL drivers license required, or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.  CDL w/ air brake preferred. Starting pay $20.69.
