Brookline New Hampshire is a small Town located in the southwestern portion of Hillsborough County. It is approximately 20 square miles with a population of just under 6,000. The Town Hall building, also known as the Daniels Academy Building, located at 1 Main Street, needs major repairs and renovations and is no longer able to house our Town offices. The building itself is closed with restricted access granted through the Town Administrator or Fire Chief for specific assessment and repair related tasks.
As a result, we are seeking a Project Manager to assist the Town with overseeing and coordinating our next steps. The details of this portion of our anticipated 2-to-3-year project are described in this document.
