Assessing Positions

Municipal Resources Inc., a leading provider of services to local governments throughout New England since 1989, is seeking to fill multiple positions in our Municipal Assessing Division due to growth.

Data Collector/Measurer Lister:

Seeking a motivated individual to perform field data collection of residential properties year-round for MRI’s municipal clients. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, will be organized and have the ability to work independently.

The position requires daily travel to towns primarily in southern NH and the ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Experience with assessing/appraisal work, knowledge of building materials/construction beneficial, but not required. We will provide training and education for the right candidate.

Assessor/Assistant Assessor:

Seeking an individual with municipal assessing experience to be part of our growing team of assessors who provide a broad scope of assessing services to more than two dozen communities in New Hampshire and Maine. Must have DRA certification as an Assistant Assessor, Assessor, CNHA and/or Assessor Supervisor. Maine CMA certification also considered.

Potential for Part-Time or Full-Time. MRI offers a competitive compensation package with benefits.
