A/R Billing Clerk/Admin Assistant I (Part-time)
The Town of Milford is seeking a part-time A/R Billing Clerk/Admin Assistant I for our Water Utilities Department (WUD).
Duties include processing water meter readings and entry into billing software and manual entry. Managing billing and accounts receivable for Water and Sewer services. Process Water and Sewer account payments. Generate office reports. This position will serve as the primary back-up for the full time Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to interact well with the public
- Accuracy with figures essential.
- Computer data entry experience necessary.
This part-time position (15-18 hrs/wk) is a non-exempt position within the Town's compensation structure. The starting range for this position is dependent on qualifications and experience.
