Administrative Assistant I (Seasonal)

The Milford Recreation Department is looking for a dependable, conscientious individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at the Pool-Front desk. 

This 24 hour/week, seasonal position involves managing the pool front desk, making sure the door is always staffed. The Recreation Admin Assistant will take registrations, photos and make ID cards using recreation software, process payments, monitor swipe card system, and update database for pool tag check in and lesson rosters.

Tentatively the schedule will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day, subject to change.
