2009 Trane-packaged Gas/Electric Rooftop Unit

The Town of Derry is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2009 Trane Gas/Electric Roof Top Unit.

The cooling unit is 7.5 tons, 208-230 Volts, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz

The forced hot air portion is natural gas fired, heating output BTUH of 160,000

The sale of the roof top unit will be awarded to the highest bidder in accordance with the terms outlined below. The Town of Derry reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Bids shall be delivered in writing on the attached bid proposal form, signed by the bidder or authorized representative, and enclosed in a sealed envelope to the Town of Derry, 14 Manning Street, Derry, NH 03038.

All bids shall be plainly marked “Sealed Bid to Purchase 2009 Roof Top Unit”

Bids must be received before 4 pm. on Friday, November 22, 2019 and any bid received after that time will not be considered.

The roof top unit is being sold “as is” with no expressed or implied warranties or representations as to the suitability for any particular use. Buyers are advised that when the roof top unit nerator was taken out of service it was functioning and was replaced due to age and concern for reliability.

The hour meter presently reads   hours. It is believed that the hour meter is correct but there is no guarantee that the hour meter is accurate.
