The Town of Stratham is inviting offers from the public for the following surplus equipment for parts only: 

1996 International 2000 Series 2554 with 49,437 mile.  Well-Maintained.

These items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, “suitability for use,” “merchantability” or “fitness for particular use.” Accepted offers will be considered final.   

Interested persons can view the vehicle at the Town of Stratham Department of Public Works located at 70 Bunker Hill Ave, Stratham, NH 03885 on Tuesday through Thursday, April 30th through May 2nd from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. All offers must include a name, contact information, and bid offer, to be considered.  

Offers may be sent to the Finance Office, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, Stratham, NH 03885 and should have “Finance Office – Sealed Bid” in the address line. The offer can also be emailed to:  CMcAllister@StrathamNH.gov with “Sealed Bid” in the subject line. Offers must be received no later than Wednesday, May 8th, 2024.  Offers received after this date and time will not be considered. 

The Select Board reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all offers, and to waive any technical or legal deficiencies/formalities and to accept the offer considered to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to suspend this notice at any time and will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of any offer. The person providing a selected offer must provide cash or a certified bank check to complete the purchase.  Possession of the purchased item must be made within 72 hours of time of payment at the expense of the purchaser. If possession of the vehicle is not taken within 72 hours, the Town of Stratham reserves the right to move to the next buyer.
