Workers' Compensation
Our comprehensive Workers' Compensation program was started in 2000 and focuses on managing claims fairly and helping employees get the care they need, without hassles or delays. By integrating care, focusing on individual recovery plans, actively managing benefits, and working within an extensive network of providers, we succeed in keeping member group costs low. Plus, as a non-profit organization, all savings are passed directly to member groups in the form of competitive contributions.
Integrated Benefits Management
Our integrated benefits management program features a proactive recovery plan centered on preserving an employee's work relationships and facilitating an appropriate return-to-work plan. An assigned nurse case manager serves as a valuable coordination resource by facilitating communication between the employer, the injured employee, the healthcare provider and any other involved parties.
Web-Based Claims Program
Related claims reports are generated through iCE (Internet Claims Edge)—a secure, Web-based claims software program that provides comprehensive analysis and allows for proactive risk management. Value-added risk management and loss prevention programs are also offered to meet your needs.
