Total Risk Management (TRiM®) Program

New Hampshire Local Government Center's (LGC) innovative TRiM program is designed to assist Member Groups with managing their risk exposure. Developed with direct member input plus staff assessments of program loss experience, the TRiM Program places an important emphasis on risk management for the following LGC lines of coverage:

  • Workers' Compensation
  • Property-Liability
  • Health

Program Overview
The TRiM Program offers LGC Member Groups the opportunity to earn a contribution credit for completing risk management activities aimed at reducing future claims potential. It features core requirements for program participation plus one elective training requirement for each line of coverage. There is also an opportunity to earn bonus credits. Our LGC Representatives work closely with participating Member Groups to ensure they are working towards--and meeting--TRiM Program requirements plus receiving their earned contribution credits.

How to Participate
Member Groups interested in becoming a TRiM participant should call LGC's Member Relations Department at 800.852.3358, ext. 278. As follow-up, your group's LGC Member Relations Representative will be in touch to set up a kick-off meeting and provide the following TRiM Program information:

  • Detailed program guidelines
  • Participation checklist
  • LGC training/workshop schedule
  • Program contacts
  • Additional reference material

For more program specifics, download our TRiM brochure.

Give Us Your Feedback!
At LGC, we are proud to offer the TRiM Program as a valuable way for Member Groups to reduce short-term contributions and control long-term costs. But we want to hear what you think! Please let us know your experience with the TRiM Program so that we can further tailor it to meet LGC Member Group needs. We always appreciate your feedback as it helps us create new and improved programs and services.
