Property and Liability
Through New Hampshire Local Government Center's (LGC) Property-Liability Trust, we promote a true partnership with member groups to help them understand potential risk exposures, and remain protected from risk.
Because our LGC Property-Liabiliy Trust representatives have backgrounds in various areas of municipal and school risk exposures, they have a first-hand understanding of the extra effort and "member first" philosophy necessary to successfully administer claims for our member groups' benefit.

9-9-9 PROGRAM
At LGC, many of us serve as local officials so we understand that long-term stability is the key to budget planning. That’s why our 9-9-9 Program is designed to help you calculate your expenditures for Workers’ Compensation and Property-Liability Trust (PLT) coverage with certainty from 2008 through 2011. To learn more, link to our 9-9-9 Program Web page.
TENANT USERS LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY
LGC Property-Liability Trust (PLT) now partners with Entertainment Brokers International (EBI) to provide low-cost, general liability insurance for special events like weddings, memorial services and fundraisers being held on municipal or school property through EBI’s Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) program. Through a TULIP program, PLT member groups can assist local requestors in obtaining coverage on their own without taking on additional duties or expenses. It provides general liability insurance for the tenant users of your group’s venue or facility.
The TULIP program is voluntary and protects both the tenant user and facility against claims by third parties who may be injured or incur property damage resulting from the activities of the tenant user. To learn how to obtain coverage through EBI’s TULIP program, please download these procedural instructions. NOTE: As a PLT member, you are free to request TULIP program coverage directly from an alternate insurance broker or another source.
